How and where can I buy a ticket to Onnibus?
On our Home page, search for the service you are interested in and click “Find my journey”.
See the search results and choose the most convenient journey by choosing the hour, one way or return ticket, and next by clicking “Add to basket”.
Verify the content of your basket, check the summary and click “Proceed to payment”.
After successfully completing the payment via our provider’s service, you will be automatically redirected to our confirmation page and you will also receive a copy to the email address you have entered.
Please have the reservation number from the confirmation with you to present to the bus driver when boarding the bus.
What determines the Onnibus ticket prices?
Our main selling channel is our web store at www.onnibus.com. We use demand-based pricing, where travel price is based on demand and time of buying.
Why can’t I see a wished departure and/or arrival stop while buying a ticket online?
We operate a National network of express intercity coach services. Routes and timetables can be found on our website www.OnniBus.com

Can I change my ticket?
No, once the booking is done it can’t be cancelled or amended.
Can I take my pet with me on Onnibus and must I pay an extra fee?
OnniBus.com takes care of the well-being and comfort of all passengers and for this reason it does not allow pets on-board.
The only exception is made for guide dogs when accompanying a person with limited sight. Advance booking needs to be made minimum 72h before journey through customer service.
Can my child travel alone by coach and how much does the ticket cost?
A maximum of one child, aged 3 years or under, can travel without additional cost on OnniBus.com with each fare paying adult. The child is not guaranteed a seat unless a ticket has been purchased for that child. A ticket for the child is needed if he/she sits on a safety seat.
Onnibus.com does not offer special fare for children.
Small folding buggies can be accepted in the hold.
Children aged 11 years or less can travel on board an OnniBus.com bus only under the supervision of a person 15 years of age or older. Children aged 12 to 14 inclusive can travel on an OnniBus.com bus independently, provided that they have the written consent of a parent or statutory guardian to travel independently.
Children aged 15 years of age can travel on an OnniBus.com bus independently. OnniBus.com does not exercise or provide any care over children traveling independently. Parents or statutory guardians are fully liable for actions of children.
Can I take my bike/ pram or stroller/ skis and skiing equipment/ musical instruments/ other extra luggage or devices with me on coach?
Passengers are advised that OnniBus.com will accept, free of charge, up to two pieces of luggage per passenger:
One piece of luggage weighing up to 20kg and no bigger than a standard sized suitcase which will be transported in the luggage compartment (“Main Luggage”)
One small piece of luggage to be taken on board the bus, in a size allowing it to be easily placed under the seat or on the shelf located above the Passenger’s seat (“Hand Luggage”). The Hand Luggage should not block easy movement by the remaining passengers.
Single ski equipment, such as skis or snowboard, are allowed as an addition to the 20 kg Main Luggage allowance. However, please note that the equipment is not allowed to be loose in the luggage compartment or cause any damage to other luggage. The Driver has the right not to authorize the luggage, if it is not properly packed.
Passengers wishing to travel with more luggage than included in their Luggage Allowance may have items refused or off-loaded, depending on the availability of space.
We regret that we cannot accept normal bicycles on board, but folding bicycles will be accepted in the hold provided that they are in their special bag so as not to damage other passengers’ luggage.
