How can I buy a ticket online?
On our Home page, search for the service you are interested in and click “Find my journey”. See the search results and choose the most convenient journey by choosing the hour, one way or return ticket, and next by clicking “Add to basket”. Verify the content of your basket, check the summary and click “Proceed to payment”. After successfully completing the payment via our provider’s service, you will be automatically redirected to our confirmation page and you will also receive a copy to the email address you have entered.
Please have the reservation number from the confirmation with you to present to the bus driver when boarding the bus.
Can I buy a ticket from the coach driver?
Yes, tickets can be purchased from our coach drivers but only if payment is made by debit or credit card and only if there is a seat available. Tickets purchased on the day from the coach driver will be more expensive than tickets bought online.
Cancellation of Ticket
Once the booking is done it can’t be cancelled or amended.
Small folding buggies can be accepted in the hold.
OnniBus.com takes care of the well-being and comfort of all passengers and for this reason it does not allow pets on-board.

Parcel and Bicycle Freight
We regret that we do not carry unaccompanied parcels under any circumstances. Passengers must never accept luggage or parcels on behalf of someone else for security reasons.
We also regret that we cannot accept normal bicycles on board, but folding bicycles will be accepted in the hold provided that they are in their special bag so as not to damage other passengers’ luggage.
